Custom Order Policy

Custom Order Policy Many Storyline Stitchery items are personalized or made specifically for your event. Please review all names, dates, destinations, initials, wording, colors, and design notes before submitting your order. Customer-provided spelling, dates, and wording will be used as submitted. Production may be delayed if required personalization details are missing or unclear. Custom products cannot be changed once production has started. If you notice an error, email sales@storylinestitchery.com immediately with your order number. For group orders or bundles, submit all personalization details together when possible to avoid production delays.
