We want you to be happy with your order. Since most items are custom-made, here’s how refunds and returns work.
Custom Items
Because every item is made just for you, custom and personalized orders can’t be returned or refunded once they’re made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Just email a photo and your order number to sales@storylinestitchery.com within 7 days of delivery.
Order Changes or Cancellations
You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll help track it down with the carrier.
