All items are custom-made and ship directly from our production partners.

Production Time
• 2–7 business days to create your item
• Production time may vary during busy seasons

Shipping Time
• U.S. shipping usually takes 3–6 business days
• You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships

Delays
Shipping may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Wrong Address
If the address entered is incorrect, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Email us right away if you notice an error so we can fix it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
